At ElectroEase, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. While we ensure rigorous quality checks, we understand that certain situations may require a return or replacement. Please review our policy below:
Return & Replacement Window
We offer a 7-day window from the date of delivery to request a return or replacement for eligible products.
Conditions for Return & Replacement
To be eligible for a return or replacement, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with intact packaging
The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery
The product should not be damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or accidental breakage
A return/replacement will not be approved for minor color or design variations
The item must be returned with all original accessories and tags (if any)
Proof of Purchase
To process your request, you must provide:
A valid order ID or purchase receipt
Clear images or a video showing the issue with the product (for replacements)
Service Charges
A flat fee of ₹100 will be charged for processing both returns and replacements, which covers shipping and handling costs. This amount will be collected before dispatching the replacement or initiating a return pickup.
Refunds for Eligible Returns
In case of a valid return request, we will initiate a refund only after receiving the returned product and completing a thorough quality inspection. Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
